I ate badly the last 2 days and I've been really struggling with mental health. I got scared, but I now know I need to not limit myself too much. It's not "eat as few calories as you can". That logically won't work. Eating does make me feel sick sometimes, but I'll work on it. I'm getting better. I had a 640 calorie lunch and I feel OK. First sandwich I've had in a while. I will fight the crappy mental health and I will lose weight safely rather than fasting, rationing and purging.
