WOW!!!! Who new work could be so exhausting, I am so tired at the end of every day, I took yesterday Off from exercising it felt good. Scale is still coming down only 11 more lbs till I am back at my lowest I can do this, I am hoping to be 175 by end of AUGUST!!!!
