decided to change my weight goal as the one I am on isn't going anywhere. lowering my expectations now. goal is 10 lbs. when I reach that goal I will then plan another.

that's what I'm doing shooting for 10 pounds at a time within a 7 to 9 week period. slow and steady to win. after every 10 I will reset for a total of 40. I hoping to be there in a year
