No Ma'am!-didn't run Wednesday. Only ran a bit today-no running tomorrow. Next run on Sunday. Although feeling like I got ran over by a truck today. What is that about?

Weather maybe? Are you stretching after? Warm up before. I still think you should do intervals more that straight running. Try jog for 3 min, run 2. Eat some carbs before your work out. Protein after. Try the zigzag method, lower cals when you don't run.

Yes, yes yes-I forgot to say I do intervals-can't help it because of the terrain-down hill, flat, up hills. I mix it up with jogging, sprinting, walking and don't forget the dreaded lunges. And last week I swam for 5 days in a row in addition to the runs...Am going to do zig-zagging again, it has worked in the past-which means I have to actually reduce cals to create the low days. See -told you I am holding a pity party!
