Pfew...de schade valt gelukkig mee.😅
Gisteren had ik me even laten gaan...ik kon de dropjes en de pinda’s niet laten liggen 🤨
162.0 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
