Sigh...I need to stop WANTING to lose weight and actually DO what it takes to lose weight.
Gosh...I wish food didn't taste so good and exercising didn't "hurt" so much.
I need to change back to the way I thought when I first reached goal weight.....I am eating and exercising for a better way of life for myself and children. So I can be healthy for when my children have children...So I don't breath so hard going up stairs...so my tummy doesn't sit on my lap...another sigh...
Gotta get back to babysteps and do it..do it....DO IT!!!!
I CAN do this I have done this before and I can do it again in Jesus name....I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!!
