Lol, thanks everyone. , so many names for the same damn thing, I don't care what it's called, I'm just going to try it and see how it works for me..., but am going to start fresh with the new month. As I said, the boyfriend is planning to do a LOT of starch filled cooking between now and the first of August, (his daughter and her husband-(they've been married less than a year)- are coming to visit from West Virginia and he always makes stuffed Quahogs for her, he's also planning on making a Portuguese kale soup loaded with potatoes and beans, and liver and onions with bacon over rice, Yes, we actually like liver.., lol. AND, along with all of that, our town is having the Quahog Festival this weekend, more of an outdoor art-show with food vendors

I just feel like if I started now knowing of these things coming up and then cheating on this new way of doing things, I would only be sabotaging myself, so finish the month and enjoy these things and start everything new in a fresh month .
