So close to crossing the next milestone! 140.2....I'm a third of a pound away from being in the 130's! OMG! I'm getting so excited.

So anyway, did that massively long workout yesterday and I'm feeling a bit of soreness today. The good kind, though, not the uh-oh...I hurt something kind. Lol. I think I like those Crunch dvd's - fairly easy to keep up with as far as footwork goes. I never learned the aerobics stuff way back when - the old school kind of aerobic dance moves, so these dvd's aren't that hard to follow. The Firm one I have with four workouts on it is pretty good, but hard for me to follow. The Crunch one I did yesterday was only 40 min - 20 min. each of upper and lower body workouts. I'm feeling it in my biceps, my shoulders and upper back and my legs, especially my quads. While I was working out yesterday I started to wonder just how many squats and lunges I've done in the last 7 months! Has to be thousands and thousands by now. I got another Crunch dvd yesterday and I may try that one today. I still need to start off with cardio so I can get my heart rate higher than 50!

I bought another pair of "inspiration" jeans a couple of weeks ago in a size 7 and I was actually able to put them on yesterday. Need to lose a few more in order to wear them, muffin top not looking good in those jeans! They're also distressed, and have holes in strategic places with the threads still attached, but I may put some patches under those. I'd hate for fat to blow them out :) ewww...like sitting down and seeing a little bulge of fat popping out - that would be gross. But I guess that's inspiration to get in there and do another good workout today. Time for breakfast :)

....much later. Did my cardio 1 & 2, then my new Crunch dvd - Boot Camp, which is another 30 min. and then ('cause the instructor is cute and reminds me of that guy that does the Old Spice commercials :) I did the other Crunch one - the Total Resculpt for another 40 min. Add in 5 min. for warm up and cool down and I worked out for another hour and 45 min. today. Hmmm...I'm kind of impressed with myself! :) Okay, maybe not, but I've learned to take advantage of these days when I'm feeling really strong and motivated and push myself.

Oh...ctlss...I really, really hope so! I guess patience is one of those virtues I really need to work on. It's just that psychological boost. Thanks for being happy for me :) kmartin - thanks so much! I kinda do feel like I'm kickin' butt :) Let's just hope it lasts! Hmmm...pictures...I probably should, but now I kind of want to wait until the jeans don't have that muffin top :) (yeah, like it's the JEANS that have the muffin top! :) And Andrea - thanks for the compliment! You know, I think we should ALL have an article of clothing that inspires us. This will be my fourth pair! Good thing I've been shopping at thrift stores and Wal Mart!

Thousands and thousands of squats and lunges? Wow! That sounds impressive, good job. I see the 130s in your immediate future. LOL about the jeans. Have a great weekend winelover!

Hahahaha, Info. Okay...maybe not thousands and thousands...at least a couple thousand of each, though! I hope your clairvoyance is accurate! :) Thanks, and I hope you have a great weekend, as well.

Way to go D! Do you weigh in with or without clothes? That could be your last 1/3 pound! And I've noticed our scales change depending on how I stand (leaning forward can drop half a pound!). _________________ Congrat's on your new jeans, and am trying to imagine where your strategic holes are... popping out the threads made me laugh! It's been a while since I've bought new, but since I can fit into old ones, it's like shopping for free! ____________________ Have a great weekend!

Hey Ruby! I have been shopping in my own closet! I just love having too much crap :) I already weigh in naked...after peeing in the morning, too, and well...whatever, you know? I just don't think I could get any lighter. I should take pictures when the jeans fit - the holes aren't in any strange places, but I DO have a layer of fat over everything that would love to find the path of least resistance :) You have a great weekend, too. Sounds like you're off to a relaxing start.
