Hi 👋 guys i used this app for a month it is really good I lost some weight and gained it again so I will do my best to see amazing results 💪🏻my plan is very simple I will consume about 1000 calories a day and trying to move more with housecleaning ..well I know now 🤔why I gained 4K I was very lazy in my holiday with family yep lot of ice cream 🍦 chocolate 🍫 candies 🍭 at night no exercise 😅 and the street food 🥘just I was eating in anyplace and at anytim I know I know that's terrible...guys I will be so happy 😁 if I meet some friends to motivate me and share our progress yes I am waitin 🙂🙂😟☝️
