Woohoo! Lost 6.4lbs this week! I know these big losses won't last much longer, but it feels good for now. I've lost 17.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Even if the losses slow this week, I feel SOOO much better when I eat healthy and take sugar out of my life. That's the best reason of all. People around me can't tell if I've lost 1 or 2lbs, but they can definitely see a change in my attitude and energy. Have a great week!
