Grrrr what is the deal? I guess this is going to be one of those weeks where I just fluctuate around a pound all week. I hate weeks like this. I must be retaining water or something because I am eating right - except I haven't been getting in enough veggies. I was 233.8 on Wednesday, 234.0 on Tuesday, and 235.4 this morning!!!!! All I can think is maybe I am not eating enough or getting in enough carbs. I am in heavy ketosis - I mean the stick is deep deep purple. I knew when I went to bed I was up and I knew this morning I had to be up because I felt heavier and my stomach felt bloated. Well I know if I just stay on track I will start losing again. It's one thing to be in a slow down or a stall but if those numbers start going up I am really going to start panicing.

I was up two and a half lbs. today and not happy about it but my carbs were high for a couple of days and not enough water. Your weight will start going down again soon don't worry.

Just a thought. Maybe the artificial sugar is affecting your metabolism for the time being? Funny how our bodies work sometimes. Might try cutting them all out for a few days and see. Otherwise I think you're doing GREAT!! {{hugs}}

It is so stressful - if that pound is still there in the morning I will record it but I hate to record a gain especially when I know I have been good. I can't even blame it on TOM yet. I have been having more artificial sweetner than usual. I love having more energy. I may try and start exercising this weekend.

All our bodies are different of course, but artificial sweeteners used to wreak havoc on my weight, so if you're having more than usual, try cutting back and see if that helps. Not eating enough will surely mess with your weight too. All you can do is play the guessing game and change things up a little at a time until you figure out what's going to work best for you. Good luck!

I'm there with you also, going on what... over two weeks now almost three?? My goodness!! Maybe it's the seasons or weather. I thought I was out of the woods but looking back now, I just didn't get any water the day before I thought I lost.
