今日早餐:防彈國寶茶
午餐:悟饕便當🍱不要白飯
晚餐:蘆筍、青菜🥬、蕃茄、乳酪、蒸雞腿排
家人又吃塩酥雞,我吃塩酥雞𥚃的蔥蒜和這一盤,
颱風要來了😨本來公司周四.五要杉林溪旅遊的,
明天決定有沒有要去還是改期😬😑
