I’ve been a little better about eating, but I’ve still caved to fast food way too much.
342.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love fast food. Maybe if it doesn't make you out of control, you can fit it in your calories. I eat it pretty regularly! I read your journal about dropping food and it being a sign from God and it reminded me so much of me! LOL. Good luck to you!

Thanks for your support! Reading your comment actually reminded me of that post. I had forgotten all about it which is usually how I end up in the cycle of eating bad, feeling bad, vowing to change then eating bad again. Haha but reading this was a great reminder of how I felt that day and what my motivation was so thank you!
