I got some exercise in yestrday with a 25 mile bike ride but did lousy on what I ate. I'm finding it is very easy to slip into old eating patterns and I need to turn this around NOW! To do that I need to find time to prepare healthy foods to have on hand, stock my office with healthy snacks, soups, etc. In addition, I need to find a yoga class or develop my own routine to calm my mind as we begin a new school year with orientation next week (YIKES!). I just finished a novel last night (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - good read) and am anxious to get started on the book MJ gave me; Women, God, & Food. I think it is just what I need NOW! Thanks so much MJ! I see there is companion guide to the book on the Oprah site - can't wait to get started reading this!
