This is my third time starting Detox. Fat Smash is an easy diet to follow. What I find most difficult is the 30 minutes of exercise. Yesterday I attempted step aerobics, but could only do 15 minutes. I guess thats better than nothing.

Don't worry about doing the whole 30 minutes at one time. Try breaking it down. Do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night. I have read many articles that say excercising in intervals are just as good as doing it all at one time.
