Finally had my spaghetti and marinara sauce, put in extra calories since it was take out. I put 3 cups in, not that it was 3 cups, but will cover if the calories were more. Like I always say you can still have what you want ON OCCASSION lol and stay within you allotted daily calories. If I kept denying this craving there would of been a strong possibility the deep end fallout could of happened. so yeah!!
