I was going to take a picture of my food but I got distracted and went ahead and ate it lol... it was good though. I cooked up some chicken diced up in garlic expressions vinaigrette then cooked some peppers and onion fajita blend vegetables. I made a tossed Salad with red onion, pepper, tomato, romaine, and spinach. I had a little cottage cheese on the side and it was delicious. Oh also put some sweet chili sauce on my chicken, onion and peppers and was delicious. I tried to be light on the sauce best I could.
