Went for a good run again today. I think, no, I know I have to step up my workouts to start losing again. Now, it's off to work for the second time today:-)

You should try turbo jam. It's awesome! I love it! What a sweat it gets you in. It would definitely get you through. I alternate turbo jam days with running days on my days off. (working out after a 12hr shift does NOT appeal to me at all)

Sometimes I just mix up my working out. I wasn't able to work out hard because of my heart, but I always mixed my work outs up. Perhaps anything new will throw the body a curve? Do you have access to a pool to swim? Thats always fun and a workout! You're doing great!

maybe you could throw in some strength training to speed your metabolism? I like "8 mins in the morning." good luck!

I actually packed my gym bag for smimming today! I want to give my poor shins a rest! They HURT today. I ran on too much pavment yesterday. Thank you all so, so much for all your input and encouragment!!!
