3500 calories = 1 pound! Whoa! One time of going to a restaurant and "splurging" will kill an entire week of hard work and eating right...I think I should opt for a healthier entree or appetizers next time I'm out. Going to my fav. mexican place for dinner on Thursday-I'm thinking I will opt for their ceviche instead of the steak burrito this time...hopefully I can do it!
