i am really trying to fololoow this plan, but i'm sorry i am almost always hungry usually during the day, not so much in the evening. probably a good thing because i definitly am not over eating at night

Try drinking more water, I'm puzzled about you being hungry. Half the time I have to make myself eat. Laura says she isn't hungry either. My coworker's husband said the fruit and veg day was hard, I told her to make sure on the fruit day to eat sandwich first and try pinto beans on veg day. Follow it to a tee and see if that makes a diff. in your hunger. You are allowed to eat as much as you want, you may want to increase your calorie count a bit, mine has gone down each cycle but it is b/c I'm not that hungry.
