Instant oats, frozen blueberries, peanut butter (which is a new addition since yesterday I'm quite enjoying), golden flaxseed powder, banana pronutro, cinnamon, ground cardamom, banana and blackstrap molasses. 363 calories. The only sweetness is from the fruit and the bit of peanut butter and Pronutro, but it's sweet enough for me and keeps me full till lunch time.
