I don't know if I'm ever going to lose weight. I can't seem to break out of this cycle.
I have to keep trying, but not feeling too hopeful right now. I'm babysitting two kids as well as my own daughter for the rest of the summer, then a 3 week vacation in September.
Stress leads me to snack a lot and not watch portions.
I have to figure out something that will work for my current schedule, because its not working to have a strict calorie allowance every day.
I don't know what to do, I'm just going to record everything and try not to fall off the wagon anymore.

Jessica Rabbit - I am trying to find an article I read a while back regarding the spot you are at now. The article was about how our body finds a spot and wants to stay there. The article also included some hints for breaking that level and moving on. I remember one was to increase exercising. I see you have a daughter and probably are very busy. What is your exercising time? Just adding 15 minutes can do it. There is a good level of exercising that increases fat burning - if you go past that level you do not burn as much fat and start burning calories from muscle. I will look for it over the next few days.

i agree with gaol115...changing your routine in exercise and also watching your eating habits closer will get you back on track..your body gets use to your routine in 2-3 weeks an as you get more fit, its harder to work off that last few pounds..so it will definately take a more intense and a different workout to trim off them last few pounds
