June 2nd Nothing major to report today.
Weight: 164 point something (Mr. C was visiting today); hoping to go lower by tomorrow.
Exercise: Worked out earlier; 1 hour total (30 mins elliptical @ 150k--slow day; bike 20 mins @ 80K or so, and 10 mins of biceps/lateral raises).

Points were on a low point by dinner, but had a good amount of protein and fiber, so was pretty satiated. Went out to watch Sex & the City, and ate the small bag of complimentary popcorn (skipped butter, but couldn't skip the popcorn entirely...they weren't all that, but I couldn't quite bring myself to not eat them). After the movie, the girls wanted to go for cosmos (for old times' sake and for the movie's sake). I skipped the high calorie, sugary concoction that's a cosmo, and instead had a 2-point glass of wine. So, I think I'm still fine and under my points for the day--not too bad. I even weighed myself after coming home, and found the weight had actually dropped! (163.6 or so---will it go down to 161 by the morning? We'll see!).
Points: Breakfast: Cereal and soy milk (4) protein mix and soy milk (3) 3-4 walnut halves (1.5) edamame (1.5) Lunch: Was at a cafe, but all their veggie options seemed higher in points (e.g., a sandwich on a croissant etc.), so I skipped it, and instead had a coffee and biscotti) Coffee with cream (2) Almond Biscotti (3) Dinner: 1 gardenburger (1) steamed veggies (in a bag), tossed with black soy sauce (1) Evening: small movie popcorn--no extra butter(6?) 1 glass of wine (2)
