I did it! I ran a mile, first time since a month ago, and going to make a routine again, haven't done that since January! It's so tough getting back into shape, once i'm there i need to stick with it. But I feel good, not sore so I didn't over do it for my first time out again. When I got back I did about half of the day 2 of week 3 for the challenge, I was tired, and I figure that's better than not doing any of it.
