I've picked up the good habit of excercising more, but unfortunately also picked up the bad habit of drinking pop. Adam brought two cases of coca cola home from the wedding the other weekend, and I've been drinking it...mostly just because it's here.
Haven't had any today though. Haven't had time really...I had an interview this morning.

Soda is hard to say no to...something that I do is leave the soda out of the fridge. It's not as tempting warm, then replace it with water. If you're sick of water, add some Crystal Light to it...it's yummy and better than soda. But it too has sugars so don't drink it all the time. =0)

Awesome job keeping up the exercise! Do try to resist the sodas, though, because they are just empty calories that not only don't fill you up, they give you sugar highs and lows and lead to cravings! Water is your friend :)
