July Miles: 36.5 Weight Loss-negative 1, yes I've gained a pound!
In the last week, my weight has flucted up 1-3 pounds. I am a hot mess.

I think you are doing everything right. Its the small things you HAVE to keep in order. Drinking loads of water (more if you drink alcohol and coffee), focus on your body while you run -are you tightening your abs, holding your head up right, breathing? Try intervals instead of straight running, WAY MO' betta! hm, don't let those daily upflucts bother you PLEASE. You may just be sore. If you are up, correct your eating/up your water. Its the weekly numbers that matter. (I do check daily to determin my foods and activity, NOT my mood)

I would guess that if you hadn't been paying attention you would have gained a lot more. Try to just redouble your efforts!

I have had similar issues when really hitting it hard with exercise. My advice is to make doubly sure you aren't eating more than you think you are out of cardio-induced hunger. If you're not, then don't stress about it--it will sort itself out. I agree with Cindy not to worry too much about small fluctuations.
