I’m sure some of it is water loss.. although I’ve been drinking heaps.. nevertheless, encouraging end to first week. And I have to say, meals have been very good.. I think I eat better when I’m trying to loose a few kilos than when I’m not.. I certainly put a bit more effort into trying to make it nutritious and appetising! Still eating carbs etc.. just keeping it a good balance and enjoying a nice long walk every day.
