Glad to see the scale going in the right direction this morning! I went out for a 16 mile bike ride last night - my goal on that loop is to try to maintain a 16 mph average. 8 miles are fairly flat and 8 miles have some climbs, so its a challenge. Average last night was 15.7. Anyway, this goal is a good way to push myself a bit when I can't go for a long ride. And it is a great stress reliever - it was such a beautiful evening!
