So I think I dipped below my RDI for to many days and gained 2 lbs. I have a tendency to error on the side of more calories for the food I eat and I think I hit the dreaded "starvation mode". I increased my calories yesterday and lost a .5lb. We'll see how the rest of the week goes...
203.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
