Tomorrow is weigh in day.
I'm kinda getting the hang of this Atkins thing, I think!! I really feel like I'm finally in a groove. I am so enjoying the fact that I added in berries. They taste like such a treat, although I've figured out I can't eat more than 1/2 cup of strawberries or 1/4 cup of other berries - if I go over that in one sitting I start craving other sugar. But a little goes a long ways, so I'm okay with limiting the portions.
I've been better about my water intake the last three or four days, as well. Those mix-ins are a god send. I am not doing more than one a day, but they sure make getting your water down easy!! I'm making my own rasberry tea tomorrow - I think I need a break from the artificial stuff.
Now - to work on the working out thing....Well, something always needs improving, doesn't it???
I realized today that I had set a goal of being down a total of 20 lbs by tomorrow. Hmmmm....don't think that's going to happen. I'd have to lose 3 lbs this week - and since I did so badly last weekend I think I kind of blew that goal. I'll be happy with a loss, no matter how much it is.
I have to journal my food right now because I'm wanting a snack and I need to know if I can have what I want!! ha!
Did I mention that I feel like I'm still eating A LOT. I seem to have a hunger all the time - at least it's for the right foods!
BREAKFAST 1 hunk of havarti cheese = 1C 1/4 cup of cauliflower with butter = 1C leftover small tuna salad with greens = 2C 1 cup of coffee with h/c = 0C
LUNCH 12 slices of bacon (seriously!!!) = 0C 1/4c of blackberries with cream = 3C
DINNER rotisserie chicken with mayo = 1C
OTHER 1 slice of muenster cheese = 1C 1 crystal light mixer = 1C
TOTAL = 10C
Well, I guess that answers that - I'm going for the pizza (made with a low-carb tortilla, of course!!). I should probably consider not eating so late, but I'm up until 2 or 3am sometimes, so it's hard to go from normal dinner time (about 6ish) and then last until then without eating. I refuse to worry about it right now!!!
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
