My 1st day is done. Net Carbs = 24.64 (14%), Total Fat = 74%, Calories = 1,528 (out of 1800 allowable). I drank the 48oz for the 2019-#26 challenge, but I have a whole glass left to drink to make the 64oz for SS#2. I'm excited that the Swimsuit Slimdown #3 challenge will be starting next Monday! Going to bed early, because I need to get up VERY early in order to make a dent in my "work" (FatSecret) stuff before I have to leave to pick up the grandkids at 7:30am. Tuesdays are my busiest days! Went from eating ALL DAY LONG to just eating at mealtimes! Went from ZERO water to between 48-64oz. Went from a bazillion carbs a day to under 30 net! Miraculous, considering where I've been for the past 2-1/2 months. Thanking God for His strength today!
