I don’t want to but I think I’m going to have to... time to fast all of Monday and part of Tuesday. My body needs a break after all the bread, pasta, and sweets I consumed. I feel like crap as well and fasting usually makes me feel better.

Didn’t go as planned as subs were ordered for us at work... I was good though. I just had my sub and bag of chips. I resisted having cookies, baked goods, and more cookies today. I was offered multiple times and said no each time.
