Today was the first real day on meal plan 4, Wow that is a lot of food to eat. It is 7:00 at night and I still have 2 starches to get in. Last night I did 15mn on the treadmill, and tonight did a walking DVD for 1 mile. I feel better already being back on LWL, just need to take time each night to plan for the next day, or I just blow the day if I dont plan ahead.
