Okay, so to say that I am frustrated this morning is quite an understatement!!!!!!! I do not know what I am doing wrong! I feel lighter & I really thought that I would reach my goal of 185 this week! I am happy that I have lost 33lbs. (was 34lbs. yesterday) in less than 3 months, but I cannot explain this gain! I was soooooooo good yesterday! Was it the deli ham that made me gain water weight maybe? I drank an extra liter of water yesterday - 4 liters instead of 3! I just don't know! I haven't had a loss since I worked out so hard 3&4 days ago! I know ... muscle weighs more than fat & you retain water when you work out hard ... I know, but come on! It's been days now! UGH! Lord, please give me peace with this!
Measurements this AM: Neck: 14.5in. Bust: 41in. Upperwaist: 33.5in. Waist: 34.5in. Hips: 44in. Thighs: 24in. (?)
I haven't measured before, so I don't have anything to compare these #s to. I did go to www.freedieting.com & calculated my body fat @ 27.3%. I am happy with that ... I would have thought that it would be higher!
I must leave on a positive note! Hubby said last night, "Oh, look, I can see your collar bones, Skinny!" Thank you, God for an awesome husband! ;)
