Just back from a workout - basketball, treadmill, and weights/stretching for a solid hour. Getting help from a trainer who is very motivating, encouraging, patient and understanding. The gym is right next to the office and it's quite easy to pop over first thing in the morning to workout, or break away for a bit during the afternoon. Been doing this a couple of weeks. Cardio, weights, even swimming with the kids on the weekend. Haven't seen results yet but I know they are coming. Just need to get back on track with being more honest with what I eat and drink.

It's not easy, not supposed to be easy, but I'm motivated. Are you?

Lucky you to have such a good trainer, and being close to the facility will help on those days when motivation flags. I’ve had some of my best workouts on days when I forced myself to go to the gym!
