I have been horrible this weekend! I have been so down that I have not lost any weight on 3 weeks. I decieded not to keep track of carbs and see what happended. I was out of town (no excuse) and I have heard that if you stall you sometimes need to shock your system. 1st: I went way over and I realized why I gained weight in the first place. 2nd: I felt so sluggish and misrable after saturday night. 3rd: I AM BACK ON INDUCTION AS OF THIS MINUTE!!! What the heck was I thinking! I hope NEVER to fall into this crazy way of thinking again. I feel so misrable and bloated right now I can't even explain! I hope I did not gain over the past 3 days! I guess we will see just how bad it is tomorrow!

Wendy, I know how you feel. Like someone stuffed a hose down your throat and turned on the air??? It is one of the biggest reasons that I stay on my WOE. I am so carb intolerant, and am so uncomfortable when I eat them, that I decided it is just not worth it anymore! Welcome back, and just get right back at it!! And don't be discouraged if there is a gain. It won't be long until you are back on track and the weight is falling off again!!

Thank you so very much for all of your encouragement! and YES I do feel like someone stuffed a hose down my throat! How did I used to eat like this? I learned a big lesson this weekend! I also want you to know how much I look forward to reading your inspirational posts everyday. Thank you for being here for eveyone!

Oh, Wendy, thank you so much. For every unkind comment I get there are a hundred like yours that make my day. I get so much support and motivation from all the wonderful people here and it makes my heart happy to know that I can return some of the kindness that others have shown me. I know how it is to go off on a carb binge. And I agree, how the heck did we eat like that. It makes me so miserable!! So I am dtermined not to do that anymore, but I also know that I am human and we all falter from time to time! So don't beat yourself up! To err is human, to forgive divine!!
