I've done zero, zilch, zippo, NOT ANY excerising in the last two days. I was doing so well, and now I've lost all of my motivation. I get so frustrated when I don't instantly see or feel results (I know that's unrealistic of me, but it's the truth). Bah. I WILL workout today...
