Feeling anxious today... lots to do this week and anticipating what I need to do everyday and not get overwhelmed. All while trying to stick to my diet.. 😑😑😑😪

You got this. it's hard to stay focused and anxiety plays a key role in your healthy. take moments through out your day to recenter yourself. and dont forget to be your own compliment. that means when you are feeling anxious tell yourself a couple of awesome things you have already worked through and how well you handled them and then look at what your anxious about and see if you really need to stress about it. dont forget when you do get through it always take a moment to look ba k at what you just accomplished. We forget to slow down and appreciate our greatness too often. you got this and we are here when you need.
