well happy hump wednesday all i hope we all are burning these icky calories off i am going to be walking another 2 miles today as soon as i can get some shut eye i am soo suffering from insomia which is litterly driving me bonkers!!. but i am so trying very hard to keep my carbs below 25 because that is to seemigly work for me is if i keep them under 30 or less it really does because i stand 5'10 and now weig at 203 at least i did 4 days ago know i dont know because i am only trying to weigh in 1 x a week that way i wont drive myself absolutely nutty with the scale any way have an aawsome wednesday. love shelly.

ps my problem at work still is no better. BUT I AM NOT BINGING it is so not worth it love shelly.

that's really good to hear Shelly, eating doesn't really solve any problems so I don't know why we do it sometimes, lol. I am about to get myself up and get on the treadmill and walk a few miles myself. It's 4:35 am right now and I'm still trying to wake up, lol... I was cold this morning so I kind of sluggish. I used to get up and drink coffee ... but don't do that anymore so I'm having a shake right now. I am about to grab a water and get myself moving. Hope things at work go well and you have a happy ever after! The scale drives me crazy too! I might weigh in today but I really don't look for the #'s to go in my favor, lol. Good luck on your next weigh in though

Shelly limit your weigh-in to once per week same time of day every week otherwise if you weigh yourself too often you'll see a lot of fluctuations and this can de-motivate you. Drink plenty of water.
