I am having some problems with my eating. I do good then bad good then bad. I am really trying hard to work on this calorie intact. I am thinking I am expecting too much too soon. Maybe I should go back to WW. I am not sure. NOw I have to find my book and think about it.

I am sitting here watching the Food Network and I am craving some food. I know that eating late in the evening is not good. I think finding a time to cut off eating needs to be the next thing I work on. I know when I go back work it is going to be difficult to keep on the diet. Teachers are always eating. I will have to stay out of the lounge. I will have to look for some great things to take to work.

get a book called good calorie, bad calorie. for your bfast, cut the carbs in the yoplait, eat two eggs plus 2 oz. of lean meat. cut the carbs two egg omlet filled with asper tips or broc flowers and 2 oz lean meat. I boil boneless skinless chicken breast. also eat six times a day 200 cals per meal

I kind of blew it with the lemon tart I made for my husband tonight. I should of been able to do ok, but I caved in. However, I didn't go over too much of my 1700 calories. Thanks for the input. I will look for the book. I am the only one who will eat yoplait, so I guess I will have to finish them off since I got them on sale.
