I used to find being around food really hard. But now I keep telling myself that there will be a time to eat that cheese burger, or that cookie, or whatever in the future. It helps, but sometimes I really can't tell if I feel sick or hungry. My parents don't know anything about me wanting to lose weight and they brought me to a cafe this morning. Even eating a couple of bites of cake made me feel insanely sick and I wanted to throw up... I'm trying so hard to fight the need to feel completely empty all the time... It's hard, but I'm fighting it.

I can't ignore this, please try and speak to someone (your parents, Dr or friend) your relationship with food isn't quite right which I suspect you know. XX

Yeah... Thanks guys, I'm trying to fight this but it's so hard. I can do this and I am getting better, it used to be much worse. But thanks for your concern. I can do this and my friends and boyfriend are making sure that I'm eating a logical amount. X

When dieting you shouldn't feel hungry, you eat healthier foods but enough to properly sustain you. I'm glad you have people around making sure you're eating properly. Food is important, what good is being slim if you are not healthy enough to enjoy it?
