I was a naughty girl this morning............

I didn't eat breakfast... LOL

But, for lunch, I am already up to 9.9C and I THINK I may have gone a little over my veggie intake, but at least it was veggies, and not cake!

I made a "fried salad" for lunch.
1 cup of chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup chopped broccoli.

That is my 3 cups of veggies for the day, but I don't know if some of those were not counted as my salad greens, but they were all green veggies, so I will take it!

I took all those veggies and fried them in evoo, seasoned with garlic powder and ground pepper. YUM!

For dinner, I had 3 "burgers" made with pork sausage, and I put a dab of spicy mustard on them... 0C

See how it works for you, but I find I get less cravings if I spread out my carbs/veggies throughout the day and not eat them all at one meal. It sounds tasty, make sure you eat some protein with them so they dont' spike your blood sugar.

Yumm-O!! Sounds good to me... Just don't stress out too much, believe me.. it's gotten me into a whole mess of trouble, lol. Enjoy the foods you eat and savor the flavor baby! HA!!

It does sound really good!! I always have to have some protein with my veggies or otherwise my blood sugar spikes (just like Sara warns!). That's funny about breakfast - I know when I first started Atkins that was the hardest thing for me to get used to - having breakfast!! I hadn't eaten breakfast for probably 15 years. Now I can't get going without something in my stomache! Nevertheless, you are doing great!
