Today I decided to go to the Library ( thanks to some advice from one of my buddies) I been reading the Atkins book and so far I can't believe how much things I can't eat in two weeks. I love fruit and I can't even have any. It's gonna be a long Two WEEKS for me. I think I'll start next week.
