So packing up my classroom to move to another classroom was a bigger deal than I thought it would be. I have waaayyyy more stuff than I thought. This resulted in not logging food for a few days and a little bit of unwise eating choice, just a little, though. Somehow I had a small loss this week. Yay! Now that my vacation has officially started, I have no excuses. Lots of time for consistent exercise and smart eating, combined with adequate sleep. Sounds like a recipe for success!
