So, I had a moment that was crazy yesterday. On two separate occasions yesterday, I dropped food that I was carrying. I’m not a big signs guy, but if that wasn’t God telling me to stop being a fatass then nothing is! So I’m diving back into my health journey with renewed inspiration. Best of luck to everyone.
