hello computer! so my school work is in shambles. I got the fucking cold this week. it sucked, buts its an epidemic so i guess i shouldnt complain.
any way, i've been working really hard at the diet. I havent exercised at all in the past week and a half. so i'm going to have to be really gentle with myself this week. but i finally moved the table back to where it belongs so theres room in the living room now. I learned that the thing that impeads my excersize the most is not cleaning up the table saterday night.
ok now on to the really important news: I weighed 181.2 on the scale this morning!!!! omg I'm so excited! I cant record it because I'm only recording my weight every two weeks. besides, my recorded weight is at night. still, steady progress and i couldnt be happier.
as far as the real reasons for the diet. the reflux is largly gone. I've quite chocolate, i've reduced by caffeen intake to one cup of green tea every day or two. I've bought looser pants, I've been working really hard to sit up straight during and after meals. i suspect that following the diet has made the biggest change in the reflux but i might be all these things. I still get stomach craps and pains and even reflux and chest pains, but as the diet promissed, its has been less sever and less often.
on to hemmeroids. At first not drinking as much during meals ment i simply wasnt drinking as much, which was bad for a few days. I've been working hard at drinking enough that past week and its been going well. I eat less, so i poop less. I poop once a day on average now. this had been great for the hemmeriods. I feel like they get a chance to rest and recuperate between bowel movements. I've also been eating shoprite fiber cereal for breakfast every morning. this has been doing a great job. I know because I went a day with out it last week and felt the conciquences.
I try to be good about eating my veggies but I've just been awefull about it. i threw away a head of broccoli this week because went bad in the fridge waiting for me to eat it. I've been really bad lately at grocery shopping. I keep buying too much food and not getting to it or making food neither of us wants to eat. i made a whole big pot of chicken qunioa soup with collard green that we bought because they are healthy. NO ONE IN THIS HOUSE LIKES COLLARDS GREENS. WHAT WAS I THINKING. like, I'm reasonably shure i made that soup really well, but i dont want to eat it.
