I have been away from this for almost 2 weeks. Also been away from the gym and dieting part too. I've only gained .3 lbs or something like that, not too bad. But my motivation is out the window. I'm sick of eating the weight watchers meals, because i used to eat them so much. I have to eat one for lunch right now because i have no other options and i want to gag when i smell it. I've been on here for a few months and only lost 4 lbs. I'm being so negative right now but it is how I feel. Does anybody have and tips or anything to help motivate??

why don't you just eat healthy and exercise. I'd never go on one of those diets with prepared meals. It's not sustainable and it's not teaching you healthy habits. Eat fruits and veggies and protein and learn to enjoy your workouts (they get rid of my stress so I push myself hard). Motivation comes from within. If you're not convinced you need to lose weight (and maybe you don't, that's something you have to assess yourself), then you're not going to, simple as that.
