Well I go back to work today after being off for 4 days. I didn't have the motivation to exercise this morning so I'm gonna try again tomorrow. My daughter has a softball game right after I get off work so I really won't have time to walk then. Somehow I have to break through and get the motivation to exercise! Just have to get back into the habit. Luckily I haven't gained but have lost due to the Slim Fast I'm sure. I can't believe it is actually working. I know however I can't be on it forever so I've got to dig deep for the motivation to eat right and stay in my points range after I stop using it when I've reached my goal weight. Maybe I can walk around the baseball diamond some tonight. I feel good though. It was a great weekend. We got to visit some friends Fri. And I got to visit with an old friend I haven't seen in a year Sat. Time to get back into the work routine now. I just hope I can stay clear of the vending machine and the danish waiting there to tempt me.More later

I have a pedometer I wear every day and the positive feeling it gives me every night when I see how far I walked during the day is great. Tomorrow, although I am running errands, it all adds up especially if I park far out in the parking lot. Keep going and you will get there.
