goood morning..humidity was down yesterday and heat was just in the 80s...wasnt as bad out, but today its back to high temps an high humidity again..in the 90s with heat index around 108 or so...started to go for a morning bike ride, but just went half a block an turned around an went back home...just to hot already to be in the mood...gonna do some crunches today and mabye the stationary bike to get my exercise...just stay cool as much as i can...
