Part of the problem was I didn't use the food diary. I am starting to use it this week. Also, I didn't have time to go to the store, so I was eating on the run or eating quick and easy foods. I'm going to start really watching and recording what I'm eating. The last time I did that I was able to drop 10 lbs.
I'm also going to look into the Keto diet. Everyone seems to be doing it and it seems to work. In the past, I have just been watching what I ate and reducing my portions. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
